Xendaq is provided by Alski Solutions SL Limited. This policy explains how Xendaq handles information when organizations use the web and mobile platform for HR, payroll, attendance, leave, tasks, procurement, approvals, reports, notifications, and related workforce operations.
Information We Process
Xendaq may process account details, company details, staff records, attendance and GPS verification data where enabled by an employer, leave and payroll records, uploaded work documents, device identifiers, notification tokens, support messages, usage analytics, and crash reports.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide secure login, tenant access, employee management, attendance verification, payroll and payslip access, approvals, notifications, audit logs, support, security monitoring, service improvement, and legal or compliance obligations.
Mobile Permissions
Location is used only for attendance verification where enabled by the employer. Notifications are used for work alerts such as leave approvals, tasks, payroll updates, announcements, and attendance notices. File access is used only when users upload approved HR or work-related documents.
Firebase Mobile Services
Xendaq may use Firebase Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, and Analytics to support push notifications, crash reporting, and basic app usage diagnostics. Xendaq does not use Firebase Authentication, Firestore, or Realtime Database for core HR, payroll, tenant, attendance, procurement, or document records.
Sharing and Security
Data is visible only to authorized users based on role and tenant permissions. Xendaq does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by trusted service providers needed to operate the platform, or disclosed where required by law. Security controls include role-based access, tenant isolation, encrypted credentials where appropriate, audit logging, and protected uploads.
